The problem
Atelier Object designs and sells carefully crafted objects and interior pieces. The kind of work where the product photography needs to do the selling, where every detail matters, and where the buying experience should feel as considered as the objects themselves. Their existing online presence didn't deliver any of that. The products deserved better.
Beyond the webshop, Atelier Object also needed print materials that carried the same visual language. Lookbooks, product cards, packaging inserts. And a marketing approach that would actually put the products in front of the right people.
How we tackled it
We looked at Atelier Object's products and their audience. People who buy design objects and interior pieces shop with their eyes first. They notice materials, proportions, and craft. The online experience had to honour that. Every product page needed to feel like walking into a gallery, not scrolling through a catalog.
At the same time, the store had to be practical: easy to manage, fast to load, and built to convert visitors into buyers without getting in the way of the products.
Our approach
A custom Shopify store built with Liquid. No off-the-shelf theme. We wrote every template from scratch to give Atelier Object full control over how their products are presented. Large imagery, generous whitespace, and a layout that lets the objects breathe. The product pages are designed to show craftsmanship: detail shots, material close-ups, and lifestyle imagery work together without cluttering the page.
Print design that extends the brand. We designed print materials that feel like they belong to the same world as the website: lookbooks, product cards, and packaging elements. Same visual language, same attention to typography and spacing. When someone receives a product from Atelier Object, the unboxing experience reinforces the brand they saw online.
Marketing that reaches the right audience. We developed a marketing strategy focused on reaching design-conscious buyers. Targeted campaigns, content that highlights the craft and story behind the objects, and a channel strategy built around where this audience actually spends time. Not broad reach, but the right reach.
