The problem
House of Orange is a real estate brokerage that connects Dutch and Belgian investors with luxury property in Dubai. They needed more than a simple brochure site. Their inventory spans hundreds of off-plan projects across multiple regions, developers, and property types. Investors need to filter, compare, and research before they make contact. And the site had to work in two languages from day one, because their audience is split between Dutch and English speakers.
The previous site couldn't handle any of that properly. Property listings were hard to navigate, the content didn't build enough trust for high-value investment decisions, and the site wasn't generating organic traffic from Dutch-speaking investors searching for Dubai real estate.
How we tackled it
We started with the investor's mindset. Someone considering a luxury property purchase in Dubai from the Netherlands is doing serious research. They want to filter by region, property type, developer, and price range. They want calculation tools to estimate rental yield and ROI. They want to read about the market before they contact a broker. The site had to support that entire research journey without creating friction.
At the same time, the site needed to position House of Orange as the trusted authority for Dutch-speaking investors in this market. That meant SEO, content depth, and a design that communicates professionalism at every touchpoint.
Our approach
An advanced property platform with smart filtering. We built a WordPress platform with a custom property architecture. Investors filter by property type (apartment, villa, penthouse, duplex, townhouse), by region (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman), and by developer (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, and more). Each project has its own detailed page. The filtering is fast, intuitive, and works seamlessly on mobile.
Interactive investment tools. We built custom rental yield and ROI calculators directly into the site. Investors can run their own numbers before making contact. This serves two purposes: it gives visitors a reason to engage with the site beyond browsing listings, and it positions House of Orange as a resource, not just a sales channel.
Bilingual SEO and content strategy. The site runs fully in Dutch and English with proper hreflang implementation. Every property page, every region page, every developer page, and every blog post exists in both languages with SEO-optimised content tailored to each market. The content strategy targets the specific terms Dutch and Belgian investors use when researching Dubai property, from broad queries like 'vastgoed kopen Dubai' to specific ones like 'off-plan appartement Business Bay'.
The result
House of Orange now operates a property platform that handles hundreds of listings with structured filtering, bilingual content, and built-in investment tools. The site ranks for Dutch-language Dubai real estate searches and gives investors the information depth they need to move from research to contact. The CMS lets the team add new projects, developers, and regions as the market evolves.
